Buy this book over years ago with it first came out for my son.. and realize that I have misplaced it . So I had to rebuy it..
I bought 4 of these books for each of my children's family. They are all very serious about reading to our grandchildren so this was a no brainer.
Everyone loved the book and the story behind the author too.
I loved this book as a child and was so happy I could find a copy for my son. It was sad that the author died so soon after righting this.
This book is fantastic, I actually purchased two. One for a 5 year old cancer patient and one to have at home for my grand kids. It is a delightful story that deals with a very difficult issue. Highly recommend.
Very well written and held my granddaughter's attention. I purchased this book many years ago for my daughter and somehow it got lost. I remembered how much she loved it and I have now purchased it for her daughter! The illustrations are wonderful!
